Each employee plays a critical quality role through:

• Establishing and reviewing product performance and product safety objectives to ensure that our products and processes comply with applicable requirements;
• Designing, manufacturing and delivering products that meet our customer’s expectations; and
• Promoting the continuous improvement of our processes within our business operating system (BOS).
