  • Q2 GAAP net loss and EPS diluted of $(149) million and $(1.59), respectively; Q2 Adjusted-EPS diluted of $0.31
  • Q2 Adjusted-EBIT and Adjusted-EBITDA of $117 million and $191 million, respectively
  • Q2 free cash flow (operating cash flow, less capital expenditures) of $60 million
  • Cash and cash equivalents of $491 million at March 31, 2019
  • Gross debt and net debt totaled $3,383 million and $2,892 million, respectively, at March 31, 2018
